A weekend of investigation into the principles of Scaravelli Yoga taught by Marc Woolford

Marc Woolford visited Aberdeen earlier this year and has accepted a second invitation to come back and teach according to the Scaravelli method of yoga.

Marc demonstrates great subtlety of understanding in how a body moves into a posture.  The result of practice according to the Scaravelli method is a sense of ease and quiet together with increased body awareness.

To give people who did not attend the previous weekend an opportunity to experience Marc’s teaching, a taster evening on the Friday night will be arranged.

Dates: Friday 3 September 7pm – 8.30pm

  Saturday 4 September 10am – 5pm

  Sunday 5 September 10am – 3.30pm

Venue to be arranged

Cost: Saturday £45, Sunday £35, both days £70.

The Friday evening will be free to those coming on the Saturday or Sunday and £7 for others.

Sunday 31st October with Jane Harris

Jane came to Yoga after experiencing years of panic attacks and this had a profound influence on the way she teaches Yoga – practical ways to remain present and reducing the mind’s opportunities for “time travel” are important themes.  Jane studied with Paul Harvey for 6 years, she also holds a BWY teacher’s Diploma and is also a BWY DCT.
