Kathy Julius Trust Yoga, Anatomy and the Spine A weekend of investigation into the principles of Scaravelli Yoga taught by Marc Woolford Marc Woolford visited Aberdeen earlier this year and has accepted a second invitation to come back and teach according to the Scaravelli method of yoga. Marc demonstrates great subtlety of understanding in how a body moves into a posture. The result of practice according to the Scaravelli method is a sense of ease and quiet together with increased body awareness. To give people who did not attend the previous weekend an opportunity to experience Marc’s teaching, a taster evening on the Friday night will be arranged.
