Jahna Clark and Aileen Orr are delighted to be hosting Donna Farhi’s third visit to Edinburgh in the Spring of 2018. Her Edinburgh Intensives have been warmly and appreciatively received, and we can’t recommend this workshop to you highly enough.

Donna’s work is valued and renowned Internationally. Her work is informed by the refinement of natural and universal movement patterns that underlie safe and sustainable Yoga practice. This concentration on fundamental principles allows students of all levels of experience and from all traditions to build their own authentic Yoga practice.

Donna’s courses are rich, beautifully paced and structured to allow the fullest exploration and integration of the material. She embodies a deep and authentic movement and spiritual practice and is considered a “teacher of teachers”.

“Befriending the Body, Befriending the Self” is an invitation to develop a more compassionate and nourishing approach to personal practice, to listen deeply to and trust the sensations of the body, and adapt practice to our moment-to-moment needs.

Students with at least one year’s consistent Yoga practice up to teacher level are welcome to attend.

We wholeheartedly encourage you to consider this opportunity to experience Donna Farhi’s teaching in Edinburgh. The intensive course runs over five days. The dates for your diary are May 18th-22th, inclusive.
