Information on yoga classes throughout Scotland.  To find a local class near you, go to Classes.
 

A list of Yoga Scotland registered or recognised teachers, as well as specialist classes for pregnancy, special needs, children, older people, yoga therapy and one to one teaching.  Search for a Teacher.

Foundation and Living Yoga Study Group courses both for those who wish to develop their personal yoga practice and knowledge or go on to train as teachers.  Go to Training Courses.

Yoga Scotland is recognised by sportscotland
as the Governing Body for Yoga in Scotland.
It has a network of around 300 qualified,
registered and insured teachers.

Yoga Scotland Annual Seminar  Friday 15th to Sunday 17th June in the McIntosh Halls, St Andrews.
