Yoga Scotland offers a range of courses designed to offer something to all practitioners of yoga. Whether you are relatively new to yoga and wish to deepen your understanding and practice through our Foundation and Living Yoga courses, or wish to train to be a yoga teacher and communicate your passion to others. Finally we provide a wide and varied program of Continuous Professional Development for our teachers to ensure their teaching qualification and insurance remains valid.
