The focus in this class is on abdominal and core strength. Based on the principles of Ashtanga Yoga, this class will look at postures which will stretch, tone, flatten and strengthen the abdominal area. We will work to build confidence, flexibility and strength in preparation for arm and head balances. Variations are given to suit all levels. This class is not suitable for pregnancy
