An early morning class which will get you moving and set you up for the rest of the day. Ideal for anyone who finds it difficult to get to an evening yoga class. This is a mixed ability class with complete beginners welcome as well as those with more yoga experience. The class will include yoga movement and poses, breath work and mindfulness.
Mats available but feel free to bring your own if you wish.
Drop in class, no pre-booking required £7 a class.
Early morning access to the Wellness Centre is from George Street (from Castle Street or Irving Street) and through George Street Meuse.
