This class is for those with previous yoga experience and/or, a good level of fitness. The class will include intermediate and advanced movements, but always with modifications, and will be relatively energetic and dynamic. The class is ideal for people who do sports and are looking to add yoga to their training. Drop in, no pre-booking required.
