Swami Krishnapremananda is based at the Mandala Yoga Ashram, Carmarthenshire, Wales (www.mandalayoga.net) where he takes a major role on their yoga teacher training course and also teaches philosophy and meditation courses, with a deep interest in the Bhagavad Gita as a guide for the yogic way of life

Bhagavad Gita: An Introduction; exploring the relevance of the Gita, key themes, background story with associated yoga practices to support the teachings
Seminar Fees: £30 (GYA/YS members), £35 (non members). There will be a short break in the morning and the afternoon with an hour’s break for lunch.
