Dear Yoga Scotland member
Yoga Scotland AGM postponement and Covid-19
Yoga Scotland trustees have made the difficult decision to postpone the AGM and yoga celebration due to take place today in Polmont.
Trustees have been monitoring the current Covid-19 situation and listening to government advice. There were concerns that many members would be travelling to the AGM from across Scotland and potentially putting themselves at risk. Trustees feel that the priority at the moment must be to safe guard Yoga Scotland members, their family members and communities.
An alternative date to reschedule the AGM business meeting in the next few months will be agreed shortly and all members will be notified.
Trustees will continue to monitor the situation regarding Covid-19 and make decisions regarding Yoga Scotland training and yoga days in line with Government advice. At this time there are no plans to cancel any courses or training days.
With thanks for your support and understanding at this challenging time for us all.
Tamsin
