This event is open to all and can count towards CPD for teachers.
The effect of the Coronavirus and the impact on everyday life has provided the opportunity to stop, take stock and find reserves of inner strength and stillness for improved health and well-being.
Similarly the practice of yoga creates a natural pathway to the internal aspects of our being with the simple actions of slowing down and turning the mind inwards, leading to glimpses of deeper calmness and stillness.
The day will highlight the various elements of the Subtle Practices of Yoga.
The day will include:
- Focus on prana and the nadis
- Investigation of the anatomy of the subtle body
- Exploration through asana, pranayama, relaxation and meditation.
