I'm passionate about the benefits of yoga for all minds and bodies. I offer different styles of classes and workshops. I'm trained in Akhanda Hatha Yoga and Curvy Yoga. I tutor on the YS Central Scotland Foundation Course. I co-produce an international yoga podcast series: I'm an Author and write for magazines. I'm a signatory of the Mental Health Charter for Physical Activity & Sport and fundraise for the SAMH charity. Reiki Master and NLP Practitioner. Find me:

Classes offered by this teacher

B Block-based - Classes must be pre-booked and paid for as a block. No drop-ins. You may be able to drop in once to try the class before making a commitment. Contact the teacher for details.
