Sue has studied with teachers from several different traditions and is particularly inspired by the ideas and insights of Vanda Scaravelli. Sue encourages students to explore movements and poses with respect for their own natural range of movement and alignment. Her classes are light-hearted and gentle and she is experienced in adapting postures so they are safe, accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
