Yoga Training Courses

Yoga Scotland is immensely proud of the quality of its training, and stands firm in its commitment to promote and deliver a greater understanding of yoga and its safe practice through experience, education, discussion, study and training. We're not interested in quick fixes or yoga intensives. To be a great (and safe) teacher, we believe you have to show up on your mat and put in the hours. On completion of a Yoga Scotland course, however, you will be fully confident in your abilities and knowledge, and truly understand the essence of yoga beyond asana.

We provide a range of courses delivered by highly qualified and experienced tutors that are designed to offer something to all practitioners of yoga – whether you are relatively new to yoga and wish to deepen your understanding and practice through our Foundation and Living Yoga courses, or you wish to train to be a yoga teacher and communicate your love for yoga to others through our Teacher Training.

It's often said that once you qualify as a teacher, the learning really begins! With this in mind, we are passionate about providing a wide and varied programme of ongoing training for all our teachers, not only to ensure any teaching qualification and insurance remains valid, but also so that you can continue to develop your passion for yoga on a personal level, and pass on that deeper understanding to your students. It's a win-win!

So sign up to a Yoga Scotland training course, and know that you are getting the very best to be the very best.
