In the West, the term "Hatha Yoga" has come to mean a certain style of yoga, although the definition isn't precise. Well-suited to mixed ability groups, the teacher typically offers a wide range of options in a pose so everyone can find an appropriate challenge. The class normally is at a moderate pace, with time to settle in to each pose before moving on. This helps if you are a little slow moving between poses - but in case you are thinking this makes it a soft option, bear in mind that longer holds can be challenging too! You may well get some focus on breathing exercises or a longer relaxation. The format of the classes allows the teacher to pay particular attention to students injuries and limitations.
Traditionally, Hatha Yoga simply means physical yoga, rather than other aspects such as meditation - so almost all of the classes listed would qualify.
